NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment dated July 2, 2026 entered in the above styled cause, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on August 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at public sale in Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601, the following described real property:

Lot 17, Block 28, HIGH POINT MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 29, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
TOGETHER with a double-wide 1980 TWIN TRAILER bearing VIN: T2476422A & T2476422B and Florida Title Numbers: 17108779 & 17108778, which mobile home title(s) were retired/cancelled in O.R. Book 3652, Page 927, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
The mobile home(s) have been permanently affixed the real property herein described.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the Changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
