NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001265CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Nancy S. Hakanson; Unknown Spouse of Nancy S. Hakanson; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Doug Chorvat, Jr., Hernando County Clerk of the Court will sell at 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601 at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 14, BLOCK 1323, SPRING HILL, UNIT 20, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 65 THROUGH 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Property Address: 13094 Lawrence Street, Spring Hill, Florida 34609

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
