NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 26, 2026, in Case No. 2025 CA 000643 A of the Circuit Court of the Citrus Judicial Circuit, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein STEPHANIE MAZZA, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JESSICA M. MCCARTHY; ROBERT RODRIGUEZ A/K/A ROBERTO RODRIGUEZ; ERIN MCCARTHY; COLIN MCCARTHY, A MINOR; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JESSICA M. MCCARTHY; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants, the Office of Traci Perry, Citrus County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 a.m, online at www.bid4assets.com/CitrusFLForeclosures on August 20, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
