NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the Oldsmar City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, 101 State Street West, Oldsmar. Following the Public Hearing, the Council will consider the following proposed variances and simple adjustment site plan request:

VAR 26-04/SA26-04, an application of Emperatriz V. Buehl/Sheldon 1192, LLC, regarding the commercial property located at 200 Congress Street, Oldsmar FL, 34677, Parcel #23-28-16-63936-025-0100, within the TCCN (Town Center Commercial Neighborhood) zoning district, requesting City Council’s approval of the Simple Adjustment site plan and the following variances: a variance to increase the maximum permitted front building setback from 10 feet to 20 feet along Congress Street and from 10 feet to 24 feet along SR 580 and a variance to allow zero on-site parking, with the required five (5) parking spaces to be accommodated within the adjacent public right-of-way.

All interested parties may appear at the Council Meeting and be heard with respect to the variance request. The variance request and background materials are available at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 100 State Street, Oldsmar, Florida 34677, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter discussed at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City. Arrangements should be made in advance should a verbatim transcript be required (i.e., Court reporter).
