Notice is hereby given of a hearing to be before the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment will consider all evidence presented on the following petition(s) for variance to the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority’s Zoning Regulations:

Airport Study No. 2026-52, Lifsey Trust and ALV, requesting a variance to construct a mixed-use residential and commercial building, with a maximum height of 230’ AMSL, located at 2425 N East Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL.
