EAGLE is a Defendant, the Office of Traci Perry, Citrus County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM on-line at www.bid4assets.com/CitrusFLForeclosures on September 3, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
