NOTICE OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION

AJJAK, INC.

Notice is hereby given that AJJAK, INC., a Florida corporation (the “Corporation”), has dissolved and is winding up its affairs. The Corporation has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Florida Secretary of State effective as of August 18, 2026.

Pursuant to Section 607.1407, Florida Statutes, the Corporation requests that all persons with claims against the Corporation present them in accordance with this notice.

A claim must:
Be in writing;
State the name, address, telephone number, and email address (if any) of the claimant;
Describe the basis of the claim in sufficient detail to permit evaluation of the claim;
State the amount claimed, if known;
State the date the claim arose;
Include copies of any documents supporting the claim; and
Be mailed or delivered to:

A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within four (4) years after the date of the second consecutive weekly publication of this Notice of Corporate Dissolution.
