NOTICE OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION AND BOARD MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Southern Hills Planation I Community Development District (“District”) Board of Supervisors (“Board”) will conduct the following attorney-client session at its Regular Board Meeting:

The attorney-client session, which is closed to the public, is being held pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss pending litigation entitled Joseph Weston and Angela Weston v. Southern Hills Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc. and Southern Hills Plantation I Community Development District, Case No. 2026 CC 1589. The following persons are anticipated to be in attendance at the attorney-client session: Supervisors: John McCoskrie, Richard A Pakan, A George Ostensen, Eugene Tomashosky, Margaret Bloomquist; District Manager: Chuck Adams, District Counsel: Grace Rinaldi and Jennifer Kilinski, and a court reporter. The attorney-client session is expected to last approximately thirty minutes.
The regular Board meeting will convene immediately following the adjournment of the attorney-client session, on the same date and at the same location for the purpose of considering any business of the District that may be the result of the attorney-client session or any other business of the District. The board meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for special districts. A copy of the agenda for the Board meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, FL 33431, Phone: (561) 571-0010 (“District Manager’s Office”.
The Board meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Board meeting is advised that the person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
