NOTIFICATION FOR PROPOSED FLOOD HAZARD REVISIONS

The Pasco County Building and Construction Services Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Pasco County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located north of Kiefer Road, approximately 1 mile east of Curley Road and 1 mile west of Handcart Road. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Bayou Branch, Bayou Branch Unnamed Tributaries, and Stormwater Ponds associated with the Magnolia Island residential subdivision constructed by Homes by West Bay, LLC.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
