NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE AIRPORT HEARING OFFICER
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority Airport Hearing Officer on the following petitions for variance to the Authority’s Airport Zoning Regulations:
Airport Study No. 2026-132, Rays Baseball Club LLC, requesting a variance to construct a new stadium, with a maximum height of 299’ AMSL, located at 4001 West Tampa Bay Blvd., Tampa, FL.

LOCATION: Conference Room SC4-C1, Tampa International
Airport, SkyCenter Building, Level 4 of the Atrium.
Any person who desires to appeal any decisions made at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for that purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
