NOTIFICATION FOR FLOOD HAZARD REVISIONS
The Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the County’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located east of and adjacent to County Road 589 between Berry Grove Boulevard and Hillsborough Street. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Little Manatee River Tributary 4, Little Manatee River Tributary 5, Little Manatee River Tributary 5.1, Unnamed Wetland Areas, and Unnamed Ponding Areas from a point approximately 1,200 feet east of County Road 579 to State Road 674.

As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen, narrow, and be established, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
