The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on February 9, 2027 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
