NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026 MEETINGS

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Caldera Community Development District (“District”) will hold Regular Meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at 10:30 a.m., at the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, 15588 Aviation Loop Drive, Brooksville, Florida 34604 on the following dates:

November 20, 2025
December 18, 2025
January 15, 2026
February 19, 2026
March 19, 2026
April 16, 2026
May 21, 2026
June 18, 2026
July 16, 2026
August 20, 2026
September 17, 2026

The purpose of these meetings is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website, https://calderacdd.net/.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
