NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25000792CAAXMX in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein LOREN MARIE PETROCCIA-MARINO, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on May 12, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 12285 OSPREY AVE, WEEKI WACHEE, FL 34614 (the “Property”).

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
