NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 19, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-001008 in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein ROGER LEE NORTON, JR, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on May 5, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 101, SHERMAN HILLS PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 35 THROUGH 39+, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6910 REDBAY DR, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34602 (the “Property”).

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
