NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given of intention to apply to the 2027 Regular Legislative Session or subsequent sessions held in 2027, or thereafter, of the State of Florida Legislature for the relief of MAXIMUS GIANNIKOS for the severe neurological and orthopedic injuries and economic damages sustained by him arising out of a pedestrian-motor vehicle accident that occurred on MAY 28, 2019, in Clearwater, Florida, due to the negligence of the traffic signals maintenance department and employees of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and providing an effective date. The name of the claimant is MAXIMUS GIANNIKOS. The total amount of the claim bill, in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment and Agreed Order regarding attorney’s fees and costs, is $16,037,182.50, plus interest at the rate agreed to by the parties.
