Construction Management Services for the Demolition & New Construction of Athletic Facilities at Land O’ Lakes High School

The District School Board of Pasco County, herein known as the “District”, is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a construction management firm to provide Construction Management “At Risk” Services as governed by AIA Document A133-2019 and companion document A201-2017 for the demolition and new construction of the Athletic Facilities Project at Land O’ Lakes High School.

Submittals will be received electronically within IONWave and marked as unsealed at the Office of the Purchasing Director, District School Board of Pasco County, 7227 Land O’ Lakes Boulevard, Building 4, Land O’ Lakes, Florida 34638 on or until December 3, 2025 at 2:30 pm., Eastern Standard Time.
